Hello, I am relatively new tot he Church. I was baptized 12/21/02. I was first introduced to LDS while in Utsunomiya, between 1986-89. My wife is Japanese and is not a member. Son has recently stared discussions.
The point, my wife is in Okayama, due to a illness with her sister. She has said that she would like to start going to church with me when she gets back, or if we move to Utsunomiya, up north. But I hope to make contact with the missionaries in Okayama area, and help her start discussions as soon as possible.
Please let me know who is in this area. I have had my local missionaries give referrals, and the local missionary office has said that they are trying, but I have not heard anything yet. Please let us pray for my wife, Hideko. I know that our Father wants her to receive the truth of the gospel. I look forward to hearing from someone soon. God bless you all. |

| My name is Eita Asama. I grew up in Yokohama 2nd ward (now Kanagawa ward). I am helping my friend's parents who is looking for a missionary that served in Tokorozawa in 1977. All that they can remember is that they were Elder Allen (maybe Alan or Allan) and Elder Kuroiwa.
